Social responsibility is more than mere payment of due taxes, respectable wages for the workforce and abiding by the laws. CHEAZ management understands social responsibility as voluntary commitment to enhancing private and public welfare of the city and the republic.

The commitments are realized through bargaining with trade union and other public organizations in the company and are settled in a particular plan of activities and company bylaws.

Given that sustainable development of a company depends on the inflow of qualified and competent young workforce, CHEAZ constantly pursues a policy aimed at:

• job creation for young people
• providing opportunities for young people to combine work and further education, training and professional development
• development of financial aid programs for young workers and specialists.
