Single-end service assembled chamber CSR 306, 306 SHVV series

Chambers CSR-360 are designed for receiving and distributing of 3-phase AC power (50/60 Hz) at 6 and 10 kV power facilities with resonant earthed or isolated neutral.

Chambers CSR-306 SHVV are designed to provide high-voltage bushing for various facilities of 6 and 10 kV.

Climatic version - N and T, location category - 3 as per GOST 15150. Nominal values of environmental climatic factors are as per GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1 And:

  • ambient temperature - from -45 to +40°С;
  • altitude above sea level should not exceed 1000 m;
  • seismic resistance according to MSK 64 scale - up to 9 points;
  • explosion-proof environment, free from conductive dust, aggressive vapors and gases that destroy insulation and metals.

Design

The devices, instruments, current-carrying parts, isolation barrels, fasteners, and supporting structures used in the CSR chambers are selected and installed so that gases or oil emitted from the devices cannot cause harm to service personnel and do not cause sparkovers of the CSR chamber insulation . The CSR chamber has viewing windows on the front side to monitor the position of the switching devices

Each chamber is equipped with interior lampholder with the ability to safely replace burnt-out lamps without removing voltage from the main and auxiliary circuits. Sockets for portable lamps and interior lamp switch are installed on the front part of the chambers

The doors of the CSR chambers are locked with keys

The following mechanical interlocks are provided in the CSR chambers:

  • interlock preventing the opening of the CSR chamber doors when the load switch is on;

  • interlock preventing the opening of the CSR chamber doors when the earthing switches are shut off;
  • interlock preventing the earthing switches from being switched on when the disconnectors switches and load switches are on;
  • interlock preventing disconnectors from being switched on when earthing switches are on.

For other types of interlocks (operational safety, etc.) in accordance with the auxiliary circuit diagrams, block locks and limit earthing position switches (optional) can be installed in the CSR chambers

The CSR-306 chambers can be connected to other types of chambers (CSR 300) using socket adapters

Main busbars of the CSR chambers, located in two rows facing each other (Fig. 2.4, 2.5) are connected by busbar bridges or cable connections (busbar bridges are supplied upon request). The length of the busbar bridges is disigned for placement of the CSR chambers, the passage width between the chambers: 2000; 2500; 3000 mm.

Busbar bridges are manufactured both with and without disconnectors. The control drives for the disconnectors are placed on special panels.
