Prefabricated single-sided service chambers of the CSR 202V, 202 VM series
The CSR are designed for power facilities with 3-phase AC power (50/60 Hz) of 6 and 10 kV with resonant earthed or isolated neutral.
CSR are manufactured to meet the needs of the country's economy and are used as switchgear, including modular ones of 6 - 10 kV, used to receive and distribute power to industrial and agricultural facilities, power supply stations and substations for railway transport. Operating principle is based on the main and auxiliary circuits of the chambers.
CSR can be used as a high-voltage device (HVD) for compact transformer substations of the KTP-10/0.4, BKTP-10/0.4 series with a capacity from 100 to 2500 kVA.
Climatic version - N and T, location category - 3 as per GOST 15150-69.
The CSR are manufactured according to technical specifications BKZHI.674791.005TU.

Nominal values of environmental climatic factors are as per GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89.

- altitude above sea level should not exceed 1000 m;
- explosion-proof environment, free from conductive dust, aggressive vapors and gases that destroy insulation and metals (atmosphere II as per GOST 15150-69).
Construction
The chamber is a metal structure assembled from rolled sheet profiles.
Main circuit equipment is installed inside the chamber. Drive and control equipment handles are located on the front of the CSR. Protection, control and signal relay, metering and measuring instruments are located both on thew front and inside the CSR.
Access to the CSR-202V chamber is provided by two doors: the upper one - to the area of the high-voltage switch, voltage transformer or fuse, the lower one - to the area of cable connections, power transformer or disconnector. Movable partition is installed between the door with the auxiliary circuit equipment and the high-voltage switch to prevent access to the high-voltage area. The chamber has windows to view it inside.
Main busbars of the CSR chambers are equipped with cages or closed sheeting with viewing windows.
All equipment and instruments installed in the CSR chamber that are subject to grounding are grounded.
In chambers with cable entries, it is possible to terminate four three-phase cables with a cross-section of up to 240 mm2, as well as single-phase cables with plastic insulation with a cross-section of up to 500 mm2.
There is a box located in the middle part of the CSR 202V chambers and in the relay compartment for the CSR-202VM which serves as a channel for the bus cables in the operative power supply circuits of the closing solenoids, control and signalling circuits. Besides, the box contains an output terminal block for inter-chamber connections of auxiliary circuits.
To avoid faulty actions during maintenance and repair, the chambers have the following interlocks:
1. mechanical:
-
interlock preventing the linear and busbar disconnectors from being switched on and off when the high-voltage circuit breaker is on;
- interlock preventing the earthing switches from being switched on when the disconnectors switches are on;
- interlock preventing disconnectors from being switched on when earthing switches are on;
2. electric:
-
interlock preventing the high-voltage switch from being turned on when the disconnector is in an intermediate position
- interlock preventing the input switch and bus section switch from being turned on when the busbar earthing switches are on
For other types of interlocks (operational safety, etc.) in accordance with the auxiliary circuit diagrams, block locks and limit earthing position switches (optional) can be installed in the CSR chambers at the request of the customer.
In case of a two-row arrangement of chambers in the switchgear room busbar bridges are installed on the chambers, which are a metal structure consisting of two frames with insulators, busbars and busbar holders installed on them.
