1) At the customer's request, transformers with other winding connections can be supplied,

2) If there are elements in the auxiliary circuit circuit whose test voltage is below 2 kV, turn off the latter for the duration of the tests. After the tests, connect the above-mentioned elements and their circuits according to the diagrams and carry out a voltage test that these elements allow,

3) It is possible to install an auxiliary transformer with a higher power, determined in the design documentation.

CTS classification

CTS are classified:

a) according to the rated voltage of RU HV, RU SN (if available) and RU LV (if available);

b) by place and method of connection:

  • dead-end/branch - connected to one or more power lines/to branches from one or more power lines, through the HV switchgear of which transit power flow is not normally carried out;
  • walk-through - connected to one power transmission line with two-way power supply, through the HV switchgear of which transit power flows;
  • nodal - connected to three or more power lines, for which the operating mode of the HV switchgear is provided with transit power flow between the supply power lines;

c) by service method:

  • without permanent operational staff;
  • with permanent operational staff;

d) according to the type of busbar for RU VN:

  • tough;
  • flexible;
  • combined.
