The manufacturing division performs a complete cycle from welding metal structures for modular enclosures to turn-key ready equipping. The workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art multifunctional manufacturing equipment: automated laser cutting machines, punch presses, creasing machines, powder painting line for large products, foam-sealing machines for panel doors and side walls, etc.
SHIELD Engineering Complex was founded in 2014 to enhance CHEAZ position on the market of switchgear and modular enclosures.
SHIELD Engineering Complex deals in development, manufacture and sales of switchgear for voltages of 0,4 – 6,0 – 10,0 – 35,0 - 110 kV.
The main business areas are:
- modular transformer substations
- low voltage switchboards
- switchgear, etc.
SHIELD Engineering Complex manufactures general purpose industrial products, products for nuclear industry, products that meet RMRS requirements, vandal resistant and earthquake resistant products. These products are in high demand in oil and gas, iron and steel, chemical industry, power generating and nuclear power, shipbuilding, etc.
